Noctua NT-H2 Thermal Paste - 3.5 g
- Thermal Conductivity: 12.8 W/m·K
- Amount: 3.5 g
Noctua's NT-H2 is a professional TIM solution for enthusiasts who do not want to compromise on either top-notch performance or maximum ease of use. A hybrid configuration of different micro-particles ensures minimal thermal resistance, easy handling, and excellent long-term stability.
Compared to its predecessor, the mixture of metal oxide micro-particles has been further improved. This results in an overall lower thermal interface resistance and a thinner layer under pressure. Especially for high TDP CPUs, this leads to significantly higher performance.
Like its predecessor, the NT-H2 thermal paste is specially optimized for use in PCs and, thanks to its excellent wetting and spreading properties, delivers outstanding results.
The paste spreads excellently under pressure and therefore does not need to be spread over the heat spreader. This not only reduces paste consumption but also makes installation easier: just place a drop of NT-H2 in the middle of the CPU, put on the cooler—done! It quickly reaches its full performance and does not require a long burn-in time.
Of course, it contains neither solvents nor other substances with a low boiling point, and the thermal paste offers excellent long-term stability. Thanks to its outstanding curing, bleeding, dry-out, and thermal cycling characteristics, Noctua NT-H2 can also be used reliably for several years.
In addition, it features an extremely low dielectric constant as well as high electrical breakdown voltage, so there is no risk of short circuits even if it comes into direct contact with conductors or components during PC use.
NT-H2 is suitable for use with both copper and aluminum coolers and is fully compatible with all standard materials used in PCs.
Attention! Please observe the manufacturer's safety instructions before use!
